[Addition to 20,126/08.] Disk wheels. - In wheels such as are described in the parent Specification, the rim is, according to the present invention, formed of a trough - shaped metal hoop B with straight sides b which are placed in position between the sides a<1> of the felloe so that the hoop is supported by the shoulders a thereon, the hoop being secured by turning over the edges a<2>, and the double thickness of metal a<1>, b being then suitably shaped to take a pneumatic tyre cover. The parts b, a<1> may be electrically or otherwise seam-welded at or near the outer edges of the parts b previous to turning over the edges a<2>.
