India-rubber springs.-Consists in forming a door stop or other buffer of a pad c of indiarubber or the like surrounding a pin b integral with, or permanently secured to, a base a which, in the form shown, consists of four arms provided with screw holes. The rubber preferably covers the end of the pin which may be bulbous to retain the rubber in position, or the rubber may be cemented to the pin, or a hardrubber compound may be placed on the pin and itself enclosed in soft rubber, the whole being vulcanized.
