13,999. Hancock, H. H. June 17. Transfer mechanism.-In a workmen's timerecorder, the hour and minute type-wheels are actuated from a clock-driven snail cam. The minute wheel j<1> is actuated by a segment m<2> linked to the lever engaging the clock cam, and is held by a spring detent m<3>. The hour wheel is actuated by a projection l<1> on the link striking a lever l<2> carrying a pawl l<3> engaging a ratchet-wheel attached to the hour wheel. which is also engaged by a spring pawl l<4> for controlling the movement. The arrangement is such that the minute wheel has reverse movement from the transfer point to zero.
