[Published under Section 91 of the Act.] Crank - shafts. - An internal-combustion engine with two sets of four cylinders arranged radially, has four cranks 48, 49, 59, 58 at righta n g l e s, two opposite cylinders working o n each crank, and the cranks are connected in pairs by members 47, 57, Figs. 3 and 5. The crank-shaft is built up, the coned joints being secured by pins 51 and nuts 52.
