Pistons, cooling.-In a multi-cylinder internalcombustion engine, the pistons e are formed with cooling-chambers d, each fitted with a supply pipe b and two discharge pipes f, one of which, as shown in Fig. 2, may be concentric with the pipe b. The two series of pipes b, f are connected to common mains a, h, respectively, and all the pipes are disposed on the same side of the engine.
