Hand-grip wrenches.-Relates to band-grip pipe wrenches in which the pivot bolt is adapted to be inserted in any one of a series of holes in one of the members, and consists in means for preventing loss of the bolt. The bolt k is provided with a head i and collar m which fits the hole in the one cheek f of the U-section handle-member b, and is adapted to pass through the holes h in the other handle-member a, but is stopped against the other cheek gof the handle-member b. In this position, the collar m engages a groove n connecting the pivot holes h, and the bolt may then be adjusted. For securing the bolt in position, it may be threaded near the head i to engage the hole in the cheek g, or the collar m may be threaded to engage the hole in the other cheek f.
