1146. Jurkovich, G. Jan. 15. Wrenches.-A wrench is provided with a pair of parallel bars 1, connected together at the ends by blocks 2, 3, internally threaded handles 11 revolubly mounted between the blocks and the end flanges 7 of the bars and engaging oppositely threaded screws 13 which are rigidly connected to the jaws 8 slidably mounted on the parallel bars, and coiled springs 18 encircling the screws between the blocks and the jaws for preventing accidental rotation of the handles.
