Valve-discharge water-waste preventers.- When the lever 9 is rocked by means of the pullchain, the float discharge valve 6 is raised and floats to the surface. At the same time, by means of levers 13, 14, a cap 12 is lowered on to a suction valve 11 in an afterflush compartment 3, and a valve 19 in a third compartment 23 is closed by the contact of levers 9, 21. The float 6 descends with the water-level and the stop 15 on the spindle a causes the lever 14 to tilt and open the valve 11 giving an afterflush. The chamber 3 contains the inlet valve float 22 and is filled by overflow from the chamber 23.
