[Addition to 13,721/12.] Materials for making beverages; wort, hopping. - In utilizing the residue from the coolers by mashing it with a succeeding brew as described in the parent Specification, the residue is added either in the mash-tun, or in the vessel containing the clear mash, or in the boiling-copper. The residue may be boiled with water or wort in an open or closed vessel before adding it to the brew.
