Stud-and-slot fastenings.-In a fastening for corsets and other articles of wearing-apparel in which a stud member engages a keyhole slot in the socket member, the latter member is provided with a shallow protective casing a the edges of which are turned over the plate b containing the keyhole slot e, f. The casing is formed with an inclined face g over the wide end of the slot to facilitate the engagement of the stud member.
