Periscopes.-A device mounted on the dashboard to enable a car driver to get a view of the road behind him without turning his head comprises two telescoping tubes a, g, of which one carries a system of lenses d, e, f and a mirror c while the other is fitted with a groundglass screen h and a mirror i. The system of lenses d, e, f may be of the kind described in Specification 23,234/12.
