23,752. Boese, C. Oct. 17. Door chains.-Relates to door chains of the type in which the bracket is so shaped that movement of the chain therethrough can be prevented if desired. The web b of the bracket a has a slanting slot c and a vertical slot e, the two being connected by a circular opening d. Any link g of a chain having flat links at rightangles is retained when passed into the slot e, but slides through the aperture d, a knob f on the end of the chain preventing complete disengagement.
