Lids and covers; saucepans, kettles, &c.- Saucepans, kettles, &c. have hinged lids with an arm B fixed or hinged to the lid and passing through a hole in the handle, so that projections or notches on the arm can, on pulling the arm, engage with the handle to hold the lid in any desired position.
