Ball and floot. - A float - actuated valve in which the valve is operated through an adjustable link is arranged so that the valve member and valve seat are readily removable. The valve face is mounted on an arm k having a pin m secured in an extension of the casing by a flange j and screwed cap i. The actuating-spindle p has a longitudinal screw adjustment s and is provided with a flange adapted to engage a recess in the lever q coupled by a link q<1> to the float lever q<2>. The valve seat e has a flange held between the casing a and pipe connexion d by the coupling-nut b.
