Multiple fastenings for windows.-Relates to fastenings for casement and like windows, of the type in which a tongue mounted at the edge of one sash is moved to engage with one end the window frame and with its edge the other sash. The tongue b is mounted on a pair of pivoted levers u, v, and is moved longitudinally by sliding the handle n, linked thereto by a double-armed lever; the accompanying lateral motion locking the sashes. The upper lever v is extended backwards and operates a sliding bolt y, which shoots into a socket z in the upper frame of the window.
