Mangles with three or more rollers.-Relates to mangles of the type comprising a series of rollers G around which the articles are wrapped and which are mounted between a pair of rotary disks F and brought in turn into position between the mangling-rollers D, E. Pivoted guards J are carried by the bearings of the upper roller D, and when this is lowered, the disks F are locked, and at the same time the guards engage slotted brackets P on the disks F and so are held stationary. Guards R fixed to the disks F prevent entry between the rollers G, E.
