30,071. Everton, E. T. Dec. 28. Steam cooking-apparatus.-Relates to steam cooking-apparatus of the kind in which a number of superposed steaming-vessels 1 are mounted over a boiler 2, and are connected with each other and with the boiler by a sectional steam-pipe fitted with control valves 12; and consists in arranging below each steaming- vessel a shallow removable tray 3 adapted to receive the condensation water and to prevent the food supported on the perforated base of the steaming - vessel from becoming sodden. Each tray is fitted with a short conical funnel 9 to register with the steam tubes.
