Abstract

[Addition to 30,413/09.] Bed-pans. -The neck a of a bedurinal b, provided with a sealing- nozzle as described in the parent Specification, i s partly encircled by a spring clip c having a stud d which projects through a hole into the interior. The nozzle has two grooves f, g of tapering depth to engage the stud d from which it is disengaged by rotation. Instead of clasping the neck, the spring may engage the flanged extension of a metal cap screwed on the neck. In a modification, the spring is seated in one of the grooves and engages with a spiral thread in the neck.
