Pivoted axially - rotatable handles.-In a tooth-brush, two disks 1, 2 with their bristles facing, are mounted on a sleeve 3 rotating on a spindle 12 to which the handle 15 is pivotally attached. Rotation of the brush is produced by pushing it round the jaws.
