Inflators, tyre and like, carrying and secitring. - Clips, of the kind comprising a spring-controlled plunger adapted to engage one end of a tyre inflator for the purpose of securing it to a cycle or the like, are provided with a keyless locking- device in the form of a series of lettered disks h arranged around an extension of the plunger d to coact with projections g thereon. The projections pass through the slot of a sleeve a, which is shouldered at i to form an abutment for the disks and recessed at e to contain the spring. A washer k is kept in position by burring over or expanding the end of the sleeve. When the disks are in proper position to allow passage of the projections, the bolt may be withdrawn by its head f.
