3031. Fischer, C. A. Feb. 9, 1909, [Convention date]. Roasting granular substances. - Extract of raw coffee is simultaneously dried and roasted in thin films at, say, from 200-220‹ C. The Specification as open to inspection under Section 91 (3) (a) comprises also the similar preparation of meat extract, caramel, &c., the material being dissolved in or mixed with liquid. This subject - matter does not appear in the Specification as accepted.
