Abstract

29,979. Holmested, F. K. Dec. 22. Conveying and elevating apparatus.-A loading - machine comprises a two - wheeled frame having an inclined receiving-plate 5, in which is mounted a rotating disk 4, from which the material is delivered by a side guard 3 and an endless carrier 37 to a conveyer 47 capable of lateral and vertical adjustment. Means are described for actuating all the parts from a motor 32 located in a housing 54. The conveyer 47 is provided at its lower end with a pin which rests in a footstep bearing 7, and is supported at its outer ends by standards 60. Pivoted guards 56 assist in the transference o f t h e material from the disk 4.
