Atmospheric gas burners.-A gas lighting or heating system comprises one or more enclosed lamps or heaters 12 of the bunsen type, an exhaust pipe 16, and a fan 17 or other mechanical suction device, and is so arranged that practically all the air supply is drawn into and through the mixing-tubes. The heater shown has perforated burners 12 enclosed in chimneys 13 discharging into a hood 15 on the exhaust pipe 16.
