Abstract
25,017. Potter, W. J. Oct. 30. Shelters for housing aerial machines. - The fore or broad part of the aeroplane is housed in a main structure A, and the tail or narrower part in an annexe B, which may be drawn away, as shown, on rails i. The propeller &c. may be housed by a subsidiary structure e. The rear part of the structure A and the front part of the annexe B are provided with folding doors k, m which, when closed, form the rear wall of the shed. In a modification, the folding doors are placed in front, in which case the annexe need not be removable, or sliding doors may be employed. The structure B may be strengthened by a cross-piece p.
