Abstract

20,999. Woodbridge, E. J. Sept. 14. Hair-curling appliances.-Relates to curlers of the type in which a rigid member, adapted to enter the curl, is provided with an elastic ring to secure it in position. According to the invention, the rigid member is in the form of a parallel-sided bar G having an enlarged pierced head A to which the ring is attached by looping or tying it in the manner shown. The Provisional Specification also describes a modified form of the rigid member.
