Rollers, land.-A clodcrusher consisting of a spiked roller has the spikes made interchangeable and capable of being replaced by countersunk bolts or plates to alter their distribution or to produce a smooth roller. The spikes e are preferably formed with a flange a t t h e base, beneath which is a cone and a screwed shank, which is secured by means of a nut f. The flange may be wider and provided with two pins; or the hole in the roller may be screwed instead of using the nut f. The bolts or plates are secured in a similar manner.
