The blade-holder l, pivotally mounted on a cranked part of a spring - controlled shaft f, is held in the forward position against the stops d by a flat spring h, formed on the frame b, which presses against the cranked part of the shaft f. The holder has a lug which rotatably fits the cranked part of the shaft, so that when the holder has been retracted, by pressing-down the finger-piece g on the shaft f, it may be turned about the shaft for cleaning.
