Abstract

27,655. Round, F. W. Dec. 19. Fastenings, clamp, for displaying bedsteads for sale. Two bar s A, B are dovetailed and flanged at the ends as shown, the lower one being provided with a screwed pin C, on which is a clamping-nut c<1>. A pair of these devices are used, one at each side, to join the bedstead ends. The dovetails a<1> are tapered to engage the upper of the pairs of dovetail recesses described in Specification No. 13,175, A.D. 1908, [Abridgment Class Furniture &c.]. With ordinary bedsteads having single dovetail fastenings, the bar A engages the upper, and the bar B the lower, parts thereof.
