26,775. Brookes, J., Brookes. H. J., and Harper, T. F. Dec. 10. No Patent granted (Sealingfee not paid). Bedsteads.-A secondary frame a is placed in front of the top rail of a bedstead end-frame. The vertical tubes b of the frame a may be attached to the pillars c of the bedstead frame as at j, k, Fig. 2, or by means of projecting bars d. The frame a may also be attached to removable parts of the pillars c extending above the top rail of the bedstead and connected by the tapering or parallelsided end g of the extension fitting within a chill f on the pillar. The secondary frame may be of metal or wood and is applicable to metal or wooden bedsteads. Specification No. 2255, A.D. 1875, is referred to.
