Felloes or rims.-To simplify the manufacture of detachable rims of the type described in Specification No. 27,954, A.D. 1907, the rim halves 2, 3 are stamped to the form shown in Fig. 1, with an inclined inner periphery to engage the coned binding-ring 4, and an outer inclined periphery which is made flush by means of a canvas or like band 12. The binding-ring 4 and felloe 5 are formed with registering slots 7, 8 respectively, to receive bosses 9 projecting inwardly from the detachable rim, which is secured by transverse bolts 10, 11.
