Castors are fastened to bedsteads &c. by means of a split sleeve 4, which is frictionally secured to the horn 7 and is revoluble on the peg 1, an internal bead 5 on the sleeve engaging a groove in the peg. The sleeve 4 may be rigidly fixed to the peg 1, the horn being rotatable on the sleeve. A projection 6, or a ball bearing, supports the peg.
