Ventilators.-A ventilator, specially applicable to cow-sheds and other buildings, consists of a tube A fitted under the ridge F and provided with end tubes or elbows B, which face in opposite directions and communicate with the atmosphere. The lower part of the tube A is perforated so as to provide an outlet D for foul air, which is withdrawn by the current of air passing through the tube A. The tubes B are provided with guards C. In the case of a building having a hay-loft &c., the tube A is secured to the floor joists.
