Bottles, non-refillable; corks, retaining.-The tapering portion 11 of a neck of a bottle receives a cork 3, which rests on an internal shoulder 2 and is covered by a metal guard 6, the whole device being secured in position by a bail 9, which passess over recesses 4 in the mouth of the bottle and round lugs 5 integral with the neck, the free ends being secured finally to the guard 6 by solder 10. It is stated that the stopper can only be removed after destruction of one or both of the lugs 5.
