This bar e has a projection e<1>, which works through a slot in the stem c and is kept in engagement with a shoulder a' by the inclined part c' of the stem. A controlling-spring f is kept in position by lugs c<2> on the stem. To release, a pull is applied to an upper plain or ornamental head h, having a lower part g, which slides over the stem c and engages lugs e<2> on the bar e to withdraw the projection e<1>.
