Incandescant gas lamps. - The globe a of an inverted lamp is formed in one with or is detachably connected with a cylindrical flue b, made of glass or other translucent material, or partly of metal, and extending to the upper end of the burner tube. In one.form, the flue b extends into the globe so as to separate the air supply and the combustion products, and is connected to the globe by a metal fitting f having securing-screws g, h. The corona k of the lamp may be connected by bars, chains, &c. to the fitting f, in which case the screws g are dispensed with. The lamp'may be provided with a shade d or reflector.
