Abstract

190,537. Stott, J. H. Sept. 23, 1921. Addition to 188,428. Laminar springs.-Leaf springs constructed as described in the parent Specification have the leaves separated by rollers C carried on the tips, and by packing nieces A at the centre or end. The rollers may be replaced by bearing-pieces F, Fig. 5, and may have side pieces B to take the place of guiding ribs or slots. The bearing-pieces F may be recessed at G to carry lubricant, and the recesses may be connected to lubricators or grease gears.
