Bricks; moulding bricks.-Bricks are made with a complete hollow inside by the use of a bridge formed of V- or T-shaped sections arranged, alternately, on opposite sides of the mould and moved in to interlock and form a complete surface when three sides of the brick have been formed. A plunger A' forms three sides, and then, the sections moving in, a plunger A<2> forms the fourth side. The bridge is then removed and the brick discharged.
