Spindle apparatus.-In flyers of the type described in Specification No. 26,155, A.D. 1903, or of other construction, especially those used in roving frames, the presser foot is formed with two guide-holes 83, 84 and a spur 85. The roving may be twisted around the presser arm in either direction as shown in Figs. 2 and 5.
