Abstract
9824. Wilton, D. May 10. Bakers' ovens; doors.-In an oven of the kind described in Specification No. 3293, AD. 1904, [Abridgment Class Cooking &c.], the back flue e, Figs. 2 and 3, leading from the central bottom flue i of the furnace j, is continued over the arched roof b and communicates with the top part of the oven by means of one or more openings c. The flue e may be tapered as shown in Fig. 3, and divided by a central vertical partition e<1>. As in the prior case, flues k, l, m lead from the furnace to the chimney n. The vertical flue l also communicates by means of passages o with the space beneath the drawplate. The oven is provided with a "peel" door p, Fig. 5, which is preferably hinged at its lower edge so that it can be turned down into the horizontal position.
