Cutting - tools, hand.- The blades E of a knife, adapted to score pork or cut paper &c. into strips, are mounted in grooves in a head A, attached obliquely or perpendicularly to the handle B. The blades are clamped by a bolted wedge or the like J, which passes through perforations in lugs disposed at each side of the head A. Alternative means for securing the blades comprises washers, which engage the blades in pairs and are themselves screwed to the head A. In a further modification, a single bridge, likewise screwed to the head, is used as the retaining- device.
