Food preparations.-A food for infants and others is prepared by removing a portion of the cream from milk, dissolving milk sugar, and drying the liquid by the process described in Specification No. 8743, A.D. 1903. Milk salts also may be added before drying. The product contains about twenty-four per cent. of casein and twelve per cent. of butter fat.
