Abstract
13,563. Lake, H. H., [Tesla, N.]. July 3. Induction coils.-Relates to induction coils constructed for the purpose of prolonging the oscillation in the transmission of energy by radiations. The Figure shows a broken view of the apparatus, in which the secondary coil B, consisting of a flat spiral, is placed in a vessel D containing a freezing-mixture such as liquid air. The primary-coil A surrounds the vessel D. The two coils are in electric resonance.
