Snow ploughs; sweeping-machines.-Relates to the construction of a machine for sweeping lawns, garden paths, platforms, and other places, and capable also of being employed as a snow plough. Fig. 2 shows the apparatus in section. A rotary brush E is mounted in a frame A supported on two main wheels B, and on two adjustable wheels C. The brush A is driven by spur or chain gearing from the axle of the wheels B. The refuse is directed by a guide-plate I into a removable receptacle K. A snow plough L may be secured to the frame A by screws or other suitable fastenings. The machine is propelled by a handle M.
