The supply cocks C, which are fixed in the inclined part shown, support a shelf Din which the usual drained recesses for soap &c. are formed. The metal overflow pipe F is fixed externally, the upper and flared end being secured to A. The outlet, protected by a hinged grating G<1>, is closed by a valve H<2> the spindle of which is connected to a crank on the lower end of the operating-rod H<5>. The end of an earthenware bath may also be inclined outwards at the top to receive the supply cocks.
