Drawing, teaching.-An apparatus for use in teaching model and other object drawing consists of a board B mounted on legs B' and hinged at one side C to another board A which carries a ring D. The board A then appears, from any position in the room, within an ellipse with its major axis horizontal, and correct representations of it and of the objects upon it are, therefore, easily drawn. When the boards are in vertical and horizontal positions respectively, they may be used to illustrate the principles of plan and elevation drawing.
