The endless band or blanket, not shown, passes between a series of padded rollers A and heated ironing-beds B shaped at the edges b, b<1> to permit the goods to pass easily beneath them. The rollers A are supported on adjustable bearings. A heated roller D may be placed at the front and at the delivery end of the machine. The endless band is provided along its sides with cords or ropes which run between adjustable pulleys to keep the band from puckering.
