Clips, band.-A stem 3 carrying a lamp-holder 4 is adjustably secured to a standard 1 bv means of a pair of split-sleeves 5, 6, one of which slidably embraces the stem and the other the standard, the sleeves having flat extensions 7 - - 10, which are secured together in a manner so as to permit angular adjustment of the stem 3 in relation to the standard by a pin or bolt 11. The bolt is provided with a square head sunk in a square socket on the extension 7 so as to prevent rotation and with a wing-nut 13 for securing the device in the adjusted position.
