185,616. Tugwood, R. J., (Arslan y Cia). Aug. 19, 1921. Inhalers 'and respirators; medicines, administering.-A device for administering medicaments, disinfectants, inhalations, &c. to animals comprises a bridle carrying one or more pouches 2 containing bottles of the medicaments &c., which are forced therefrom by air-pressure from a pump 12 or other source to a perforated bit 15, Fig. 1, and/or to perforated nose plugs 6. The bit 15 may be replaced by a nozzle 17 discharging the medicament, together with a perforated container 13, Fig. 2, for a solid medicament which is gradually dissolved by the saliva. Interchangeable nozzles of varying sizes may be provided for the spray-producing devices. The bit 25, medicament-container 23, and sprayer 28 may be mounted on a common member, Fig. 6.
