Abstract

179,407. Kubec, C. F. April 15, 1921. Addition to 160,084. No Patent granted (Sealing fee not paid). Self-driving machines.-In a machine as claimed in the parent Specification the revolving rods are dispensed with, the weights slide in a series of cages arranged helically around the axis of the machine, and the means for operating the weights comprises a series of pulleys. As shown, the weights 6 are arranged in a series of cages A and are connected to their appropriate pulleys E, E<1> by cords 20, 21. The pulleys are operated by a clutch 10, pinion 13, fixed wheel 14, cam 15, and levers 11 in the manner described in the parent Specification.
