Abstract

178,458. Soc. Anon. des Anciens Etablissements Panhard et Levassor. April 15, 1921, [Convention date]. Void [Published under Sect. 91 of the Act]. Sparking - plugs. - The electrodes 4, 7 are made of increasing cross - sectional area in proportion to the distance from the sparkgap. The outer electrode 4 rests within a conical seating in the casing and has its projecting terminals 5 cut across for facilitating adjustment. Within it are pressed by the spring 10 the insulation 6 and central conductor 7 which may be made in one or more pieces. The casing may be dispensed with, the cylinder head being itself adapted to receive the thread 13 and cone 4.
